Happy New Year! We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and a fabulous New Year. We were so blessed by all of our wonderful clients in 2017. We're looking forward to another great year with great people!
It's 2018 and we are stoked about starting the new year off on the right foot.
We're making a few changes!

1. We are getting rid of plastic in our practice. 
We have gone back and forth over the years with offering bottled water after our amazing massage services. We use to use a large water cooler and eco friendly cups but noticed that many clients would decline the water afterwards, which is kind of important to the overall massage therapy experience. so we caved and started to offer bottled water after our sessions.  This year we will be offering copper infused water to our clients while here at the office. 

Did you know that drinking water from a copper water pitcher has amazing health benefits? According to Ayurvedic health principles, water stored in a copper pitcher is known to balances your body's unique energy constitution, sometimes referred to as vata, kapha and pitta, by gently infusing the water with copper. ​2. We're offering seasonal wellness packages in addition to our signature wellness packages.
You may have noticed our Winter wellness package, which we posted shortly after the holidays. This year instead of doing a monthly promotion, we'll be offering a seasonal promotion with the best products to support your health and well-being during the entire season. If you're looking for something more than a monthly maintenance massage, try a wellness package. Our wellness packages will elevate your experience. 

​3. We are increasing our education with more workshops and trainings in 2018.
As usual, we are committed to our education to bring you the best in holistic wellness. We will be continuing our training with the Center for barefoot massage, International cupping therapy association, Judith Hansen Lasater and many more!

4. We are offering educational opportunities.
We will be continuing to offer Reiki Therapy workshops. Reiki therapy can be learned by anyone! You don't have to be a massage therapist or hold any kind of license to learn this gentle style of bodywork. If your dream is to help yourself and others with natural therapies, you might consider Reiki. Our Spring schedule is posted on our website. Stay tuned for other educational workshops in 2018. 

We have some thing special for your beloved this year at Gaia Bodywork.
It's time to show them how much you love them by giving them some much needed rest and relaxation with a smidgen of pampering. 

Our Energy muse package is for that gypsy soul near and dear to your heart. We incorporate our energy balancing modalities and massage style of their choice to delight their whimsical energy and ground their spirit.
